Indiana Metal, a well-established and growing metal roofing manufacturer located in West Central Indiana is now accepting applications for an immediate opening for a full time

Production Team Member in our climate-controlled production shop.

Location: Bainbridge, IN | In person

Type: Full-Time | Day Shift

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our production team. You’ll be operating machinery to produce custom metal roofing products used by contractors across Indiana. No experience? No problem—we’ll train the right person.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate roll formers and other production equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, and handle materials with attention to accuracy
• Package finished product for delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 75 lbs
• Willing to learn and follow procedures
• Attention to detail
• Experience in a manufacturing or shop environment is a plus, but not required
• Working knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, software, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Must pass a basic tape measure test
