Title: Retail & Warehouse Service Associate

Type: Temp to Hire

Hours: Mon- Fri -Flexible for 8 hour shift, can be 6AM-2PM, 7AM-3PM or 8AM-4pm. Must be able to work Sat 6AM-1PM

Salary range: $18-20, DOE

Wicked Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client’s team as a Retail & Warehouse Service Associate. This role combines front-line retail service with hands-on warehouse responsibilities, including forklift operation. Ideal candidates will have experience in a retail or service desk environment and hold a valid forklift license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the wholesale desk by processing sales and providing product information.
• Accurately handle cash transactions for both retail and wholesale customers.
• Prepare and fulfill customer orders, including freezer runs for wholesale clients.
• Answer incoming calls, take sales orders, and ensure timely and efficient order processing.
• Stock bread and refrigerated products to support daily sales operations.
• Maintain accurate written records of orders and transactions.
• Keep the service desk area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Complete nightly setup for bread orders and assist with Sunday morning shipments as needed.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a retail, sales, or customer service environment.
• Valid forklift license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• High energy, strong customer service orientation, and problem-solving ability.
• Must be proficient in English.
