At our Minneapolis, MN (55428) facility, you’ll be the guardian of precision. As the Flatbed Die-Cutting Press Operator, your day starts with preparing the press, reviewing specs, and dialing in for a flawless run. You’ll keep production moving, quality tight, and the team aligned.

What you’ll do

• Set up and operate flatbed die-cutting equipment to produce consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Run and maintain machines including a 40" Bobst flatbed die cutter.
• Monitor quality in real time, verifying materials and dimensions against job specifications.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with teammates to optimize throughput, quality, and efficiency.
• Keep your area clean, safe, and audit-ready.
• Record production data and communicate issues quickly to leadership.
• Share your expertise by training and mentoring newer operators.

Schedule

2nd shift, 4-10 schedule: Mon - Thu 2pm - 12am

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing technical training is a plus.
• Hands-on experience as a Flatbed Diecutter Operator or similar role.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and apply blueprints and technical documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
