About the Firm

Our team works collaboratively to provide exceptional service in a warm, professional, and collegial environment.

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2–3 years of estate planning experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in leading initial client meetings, presenting planning options, and building strong client relationships.

This is a primarily in-office position in Newport Beach. While our preference is for a full-time team member, we're open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate. We understand that flexibility matters, especially for those balancing professional goals with family commitments, so this opportunity is available as a full-time or part-time position to best support the right candidate’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial client meetings, present estate planning options, and provide clear guidance throughout the process
  • Prepare and review estate planning documents
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Provide trusted legal guidance with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

  • Ability to work primarily in the office with a collaborative team
  • Interest in long-term growth with the firm

  • Competitive base salary range: $140,000 – $185,000 (full-time equivalent), commensurate with experience
  • Bonus opportunities based on performance
  • Medical benefit stipend of $250/mo.

  • Paid holidays and vacation
  • Professional development and growth potential
  • Friendly, collegial work environment
  • Part-time compensation will be adjusted accordingly
