Job Description
My client is seeking an Arizona CLDP or Paralegal to conduct face-to-face customer intakes and assist with drafting Estate Planning Documents and Ancillary Documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of estate planning, a friendly personality, and willing to work well with team members. Experience with MyCase is a plus.

This is a full-time, in office position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 8-12 client intakes per week (60-90 minutes per intake).
- Rapidly and accurately draft documents from your intakes.
- Follow up with customers via phone, email or text until their documents are completed.
- Be prepared to make amendments or on-the-spot changes as requested.
- Support team members as needed.
- Provide world-class customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience as a CLDP, legal secretary or assistant or paralegal
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate helpful.
