We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex building and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in leadership, enjoys mentoring junior staff, and is passionate about creating innovative and sustainable electrical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical system design from concept to completion.

Oversee project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and client communications.

Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

Conduct site assessments, inspections, and quality assurance reviews.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers and designers.

Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of systems.

Support proposal development, client presentations, and industry events.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.

10+ years of experience in electrical system design for buildings or central utility plants.

Experience across sectors such as healthcare, government, commercial, manufacturing, or education.

Strong knowledge of Revit, BIM, electrical analysis tools, and Microsoft Office.

Skilled in developing electrical specifications, performing QA/QC reviews, and managing projects independently.

Arc Flash experience a plus.
