Success as an HLG Litigation Attorney means:
- Managing your own case load as lead Attorney with an assigned Case Manager, from the filing of a lawsuit through trial.
- Communicating with and guiding clients throughout all stages of the case.
- Ensuring the timely filing of written and oral discovery, motions, and other pleadings in the case.
- Gathering evidence from medical professionals, witnesses, and other experts by attending depositions or meetings.
- Understanding case value and strategy while attending mediations or in settlement negotiations.
- Preparing for and presenting a strong case at trial for our client.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- A juris doctor degree required.
- License in good standing in Indiana required. Indiana and Illinois preferred.
- Litigation experience preferably in the arena of Personal Injury.
- Strong legal writing skills.
- Bilingual employee a plus.
