Description of the role:
Village Caregiving in Columbia, MO is seeking compassionate Caregivers/CNAs to join our team. As a Caregiver/CNA, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:

<li>Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming</li>
<li>Provide companionship and emotional support</li>
<li>Assist clients with mobility and medication reminders</li>
<li>Document care provided and report any changes in client condition</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Valid CNA certification or relevant caregiving experience</li>
<li>Compassionate and patient nature</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to pass background check and drug screening</li>
</ul>
