QC Supervisor - Food/Bev Manufacturing

Position Overview
The QC Supervisor will oversee the quality control team, ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality assurance processes and documentation necessary for compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the quality control team to ensure effective quality management practices.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of products and processes.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Train and mentor team members on quality control standards and practices.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably in a supervisory position.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and documentation practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
