Job DescriptionAdvance Services has an exciting new opening for a 2nd Shift Set Up Tech in Osceola, WI!
The Set Up Tech is responsible for line setup, training operators, monitoring production, ensuring quality and safety, maintaining organization, and coordinating with supervisors, engineering, and quality teams
Job Duties:
· Provide breaks and support to operators.
· Train operators, complete training records, and monitor performance.
· Move finished goods and ensure proper staging of materials.
· Prepare and close out Production Folders; complete and turn in reports.
· Set up/start up assigned lines and fill in for any operator as needed.
· Assign and balance staff to maintain smooth production flow.
· Assist with rework and support maintenance with equipment/fixture issues.
· Serve as point of contact for Engineering, Quality, and Supervisors.
· Ensure PMs are completed accurately and on time.
· Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining high-quality standards.
Shift: 2nd, Monday-Thursday
Hours: 4PM-2AM
Pay: $19/hr
Requirements:
- Operate Forklift
- 1-year experience in the molding industry.
