Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler or Boxer where you will be responsible for assembling subassembly systems for trolling motors, down riggers, and stationary anchors, or packaging these finished products. You will use a variety of tools and follow detailed instructions to ensure high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Assembling different subassembly systems for trolling motors, down riggers, and stationary anchors using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
- Performing visual inspections to ensure products are assembled correctly and conducting quality checks.
- Packaging finished motors into boxes, inserting styrofoam, taping, and labeling boxes with stickers and information.
- Palletizing finalized products and lifting up to 50lbs throughout the work day.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
- Ability to perform general labor tasks in a production environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- No prior experience needed.
- Must be comfortable using various tools.
- Willingness to submit to a reading test.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
