Assembly Associates – ECHO | Lake Zurich, IL
? 1st Shift: 6:30AM – 2:45PM | $16/hour
? 2nd Shift: 3:15PM – 11:30PM | $17/hour
Overtime required – must be available to stay until 1:30AM and work Saturdays.
(Double time offered on Sundays!)
Job Overview:
Join our team at ECHO, a leading manufacturer of professional-grade outdoor power equipment. We’re looking for reliable and motivated Assembly Associates to help build landscaping products such as weed whackers, lawn mowers, and leaf blowers.
This is a fast-paced and repetitive production environment, perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy hands-on work.
Responsibilities:

Assemble and inspect landscaping equipment and components

Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

Follow safety and quality guidelines at all times

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
Requirements:

Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting

Willingness to work mandatory overtime and weekends as needed

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
