The Iron Lily is a growing small business specializing in the sublimation and engraving of personalized cups, tumblers and coasters. Our shop is in Ramona. We pride ourselves on our customer service and ability to make high quality drinkware, while adding a personal touch to every order.

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Shop Associate to assist with fulfilling orders and daily needs. In this hands-on role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring that each order is fulfilled with care and efficiency. Tasks include, but are not limited to checking inventory quantities, taping and stuffing boxes to be packed, packing orders and tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Monitor and restock inventory of products and materials: ranges from tape to tumblers, check when quantities are low in stock.
- Prep shipping materials (boxes, information cards, etc.): move boxes, taping and stuffing, print and prepare various product information cards for orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop space.
- Support quality control and order accuracy: match order details to product(s) being packed to shipping label.
Growth Opportunities (with hourly pay increase):
- Learn and assist with sublimation processes.
- Help manage the Shop’s Customer Service demands.
Qualifications:
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail focused.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with light physical tasks (packing, lifting, organizing).
- High-School Diploma or GED.
- Able to commute to Shop, Valid Driver’s License.
Higher Achievements:
- Experience with social media or content creation is a bonus.
- Experience with Customer Service.
- Digital native or Tech-savvy individual is greatly appreciated!
