We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to lead our team and elevate our guest experience to new heights.

Job Summary:
As the Assistant Manager in training, you will learn under the Manager to oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. You will learn to lead and inspire a team of front desk staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and drive revenue through strategic planning and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Work directly with Spa Manager and partake in weekly meetings
  • Manage all aspects of spa operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and guest services.
  • Oversee guest experiences at front desk and operate front desk solo or with a spa coordinator
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, ambiance, and safety of the spa environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in spa leadership or hospitality management.
  • Have a polished appearance per our dress code guidelines (willing to cover any visible tattoos or facial piercings during shift hours). Only natural hair colors accepted, unless approved by Spa Manager. Nails must be kept clean; neutral polishes only.
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and luxury service standards.
  • 1 + years of experience leading a team of 5+
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or related field is a plus.
  • Background check required
