Join a production team in Florence, KY where precision, safety, and consistency drive everything we do. As a key operator on our lines, you’ll help package chemical cleaning products and keep powder packing operations running smoothly from setup to final labeling.

A day in this role

Start your shift prepared to set up equipment, review Job Production Orders, and verify materials. You’ll operate powder packing lines and liquid filling equipment to package chemical cleaning products into the right vessels. Throughout your day, you’ll make routine adjustments, confirm packaging accuracy, document results, and coordinate blending, filling, securing, and labeling activities to meet company or customer specifications. You’ll rely on established procedures, read and interpret instructions, and work closely with your supervisor while guiding assigned personnel through key steps.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $16.00 – $23.00 per hour
• Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM

What you’ll handle

• Run powder packing lines to support plant production needs.
• Set up and operate production processes and equipment per established procedures and guidelines.
• Coordinate assigned personnel to blend, fill, secure, and label containers according to specifications.
• Verify packaged goods against Job Production Orders; record data as required.
• Make equipment adjustments as needed.
• Read and interpret Production Orders and instructions.
• Communicate clearly in English and demonstrate strong reading comprehension.
• Apply commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
• Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines; work under supervision.
• Be willing to obtain Forklift certification.
• Stand for 8 hours per day in an uncontrolled temperature environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, compute ratios).
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Comfort using calipers, durometers, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

• You should be proficient in: Food and Beverage Manufacturing
