Role Summary
1ST, 2ND & 3RD SHIFT ON CALL OFFICERS NEEDED!
Possibility to work Full-Time with a set schedule!
Security officers of Sun City Security are the eyes and ears of our clients. We observe and report all activity that protects people, property, and information. Security officers follow specific post orders and take proper action when emergencies or critical incidents arise.
Qualifications
- Unarmed or Armed Security License
- Valid Driver's License
- Security experience preferred
General Responsibilities
- Remain ON CALL to cover any call-offs according to your provided availability
- Observe and report incidents or safety hazards through the proper channels
- Deter illegal or suspicious activity through mobile patrols and presence
- Document all activity and inactivity for review by admin, contracted clients, or law enforcement
- Control and/or monitor access of people, vehicles and materials entering and exiting site
- Respond to emergencies, critical incidents or unexpected events following SOPs
- Protect people, property and information following post orders

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to perform the following physical functions as an essential part of the job:
- Stand and/or walk continuously for the duration of the shift, including conducting foot patrols and climbing stairs
- Respond quickly to security or safety incidents or emergencies to include running or jogging
- Occasionally lift or move objects weighing up to 25lbs.
These physical requirements are essential to every site at Sun City Security and all applicants must be able to perform these functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
