We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Engineering Leader to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our products and processes. This is a high-impact role ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex problems and leading cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Innovation & Product Development

Spearhead the design and development of new products and improve existing ones

Optimize manufacturing processes using the latest tools and technologies

Foster a culture of innovation within the engineering team
Champion the Customer

Collaborate across departments to ensure engineering solutions meet real-world customer needs

Translate customer feedback into actionable product and process improvements

Drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Ensure Quality & Compliance

Oversee adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality protocols

Develop strategies for product safety, risk mitigation, and reliability

Stay ahead of evolving regulations and proactively address compliance challenges
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field

Proven track record in product development and engineering leadership

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices

Experience navigating compliance and regulatory frameworks

Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
-
Ability to align technical strategies with business goals and customer insights
