We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Engineering Leader to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our products and processes. This is a high-impact role ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex problems and leading cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Innovation & Product Development

  • Spearhead the design and development of new products and improve existing ones

  • Optimize manufacturing processes using the latest tools and technologies

  • Foster a culture of innovation within the engineering team

Champion the Customer

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure engineering solutions meet real-world customer needs

  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product and process improvements

  • Drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty

Ensure Quality & Compliance

  • Oversee adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality protocols

  • Develop strategies for product safety, risk mitigation, and reliability

  • Stay ahead of evolving regulations and proactively address compliance challenges

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field

  • Proven track record in product development and engineering leadership

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices

  • Experience navigating compliance and regulatory frameworks

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills

  • Ability to align technical strategies with business goals and customer insights
