We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team for a men’s spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various esthetic treatments and services, providing exceptional care to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role requires expertise in customer service, sanitation practices, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duel licensed highly desired.
Duties
- Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, facial waxing, beard treatments, and back facials. Ability to provide full body scrubs is desired.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
- Manage front desk operations including greeting clients, receiving payments post treatments, and maintaining reception area tidiness.
- Engage in increasing sales volume by promoting monthly specials and conducting demos to enhance client experience.
- Knowledge of social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
- Deliver excellent guest services by addressing client needs and providing personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and maintain a positive spa atmosphere.
- Upsell services to effectively maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable providing esthetic treatments to a male only client base.
- Proficiency in management practices within a salon or spa environment.
- Demonstrated ability in hospitality practices to create an inviting atmosphere for clients.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services effectively.
