This role blends software development with hands-on system administration, customer engagement, and mission innovation. Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

Managing and maintaining a fleet of cloud-based servers using Ansible and Linux
Building and improving Python applications (using Django + SQL) to support user and data workflows
Collaborating with users at multiple customer sites, gathering feedback and adapting tools to evolving mission needs
Supporting customer teams with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting their use of the platform
Developing new UIs and data visualizations in response to identified mission gaps
Working closely with analysts, engineers, and leadership to integrate disparate data sources into high-impact tools
Innovating new workflows, proposing software improvements, and potentially stepping into leadership responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

Clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Education and Experience:
- 8 years with a B.S. in a technical discipline, or 12 years in lieu of a degree

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Python development, especially using Django and SQL
Experience writing Ansible playbooks for server deployment and maintenance
Familiarity with Git, Linux, Redis, and Nginx
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience working directly with customers
Comfort operating and troubleshooting Linux-based servers

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with JavaScript (especially React)
Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, or AWS
Exposure to SIGINT systems or CNO operations
Experience with containerization tools like Docker
Basic understanding of network device configs
Interest or experience in technical leadership

Compensation Range: $138,000.00 - $182,000.00
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
