ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
Our in-salon Associate Training Program provides recently licensed cosmetology school graduates with training in technical skills, guest handling, and business building. Our Associates work alongside Senior & Master stylists. In addition to an hourly wage, Associates have the opportunity to receive daily performance-based cash bonuses of up to $30 a day! At Salon Valenti, we provide an environment for growth, learning, and support. It is our goal that every Associate graduates our program ready to transition onto the floor as a Salon Valenti Stylist with the skills necessary for success in our industry. We are currently looking for Associates with a passion for the craft, eagerness to learn, and a willingness to be trained and coached.
