As our Paint System Technician, you'll be at the heart of our state-of-the-art powder coating operation. Your mission? To ensure our equipment is running smoothly and our powder-coated products are meeting the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Masterfully manage color changes and equipment adjustments.
- Keep our powder coating line running smoothly and on schedule.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure top performance.
- Perform quality checks to guarantee flawless results.
- Collaborate with the team to meet goals and improve processes.
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and complete required documentation.
- Dependability - regular attendance and punctuality is key to success.
Required Skills:
- Experience in powder coating operations preferred.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
