Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the trade surveillance and e-communications compliance team to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Conduct thorough due diligence investigations to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement compliance strategies.
• Monitor trade activities to detect and address potential violations or irregularities.
• Provide legal guidance on trade compliance matters, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to compliance reviews and findings.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to maintain best practices within the organization.
• Assist in the design and execution of training programs related to compliance and legal matters.
• Support the onboarding process with reviews and background checks as necessary.• Must be a licensed attorney with active credentials.
• Proven experience in trade compliance and surveillance processes.
• Strong knowledge of due diligence procedures and regulatory standards.
• Ability to analyze complex legal and compliance issues effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports.
