Quality Control Supervisor
We’re seeking a hands-on leader to oversee our Quality Control (QC) team. This role supports cross-functional departments including Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service, ensuring product quality meets internal standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise QC Technicians and manage product testing, inspection, and documentation.

Collaborate with Purchasing to monitor vendor performance and address quality issues.

Provide training and technical support across departments.

Recommend improvements to testing methods and stay current on industry standards.

Investigate customer complaints and ensure regulatory documentation is provided.
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s degree in Quality, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

3+ years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable using measurement tools and basic office equipment.
Work Environment:
-
Mix of standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs).

Moderate noise level.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
