An established firm based in Chicago with over 50 years in practice is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with complex commercial litigation, product liability, and personal injury, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters. Offer:
Salary range: $115,000-$145,000, contingent on experience

Bonus potential Qualifications:
Must be admitted to the practice of law in the state of Illinois.
2+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation, product liability, or personal injury litigation.
Strong research and writing skills.
Trial experience is a bonus but not required.
Strong project management skills and client-centered service orientation.
Willingness and ability to collaborate and work on teams.
Ability to independently draft pleadings, motion papers, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other standard documents.
Strong work ethic and desire to grow and learn as a valued member of the litigation team.
Ability to develop creative solutions to solve complex problems.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Ability to engage in internal and external relationship building. Responsibilities:
