We’re looking for a hands‑on auditor who lives in the details and loves partnering with production teams to prevent defects before they start.

Your responsibilities

  • Audit lines for conformance to approved processes, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Inspect incoming materials, in‑process work, and finished goods against CelLink and customer specifications.
  • Track and communicate emerging trends and nonconformances in real time.
  • Coordinate containment, sorting, and MRB; document actions and outcomes.
  • Support corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
  • Contribute to quality system development and continuous improvement projects.
  • Train operators and inspectors on inspection, rework, and quality expectations.
  • Draft/review Work Instructions, Quality Alerts, and related documentation.

What you bring

  • High school diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s preferred but not required).
  • At least 1 year of quality inspection experience.
  • Proficient with precision measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office.
  • Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving ability and curiosity for new tech.
  • Organized, detail‑driven, and dependable.
  • Thrives in a fast‑moving start‑up and collaborates well across teams.
  • Clear communicator with a strong work ethic.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
  • Lean manufacturing and 5S familiarity.
  • Start‑up background.

Where you’ll work

Office space with minimal environmental exposure and a production floor with higher noise levels, moving equipment/parts, nuisance dust, and occasional chemical contact related to machine operation and maintenance. Expect regular talking/hearing; frequent hand use; standing, walking, sitting, reaching, pushing/pulling; and at times climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs independently is required. Vision needs include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision with the ability to adjust focus. PPE such as safety glasses, safety shoes, bump caps, gloves, hair nets, masks, and clean‑room frocks may be required; always follow prescribed safety procedures.
