Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000 ( 20% Gross Revenue Share) + Free On-site Accommodations

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated On-Site Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at our charming property in Dermott, AR. This unique opportunity offers the right candidate the ability to live on-site, free of charge. In this role, you'll ensure guest satisfaction, manage staff, oversee budgeting and financial performance, and maintain the property to the highest standards. As an added incentive, you'll earn a 20% share of the motel's gross revenue, in addition to living for free at the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and manage payments.
• Deliver excellent customer service to guests and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain clean and well-prepared guest rooms.
• Manage and train front desk and housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Oversee property maintenance, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, community partners, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hotel management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management experience.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
• Familiarity with property management systems and MS Office suite.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and attention to detail.
