Become part of our team and provide quality care to seniors throughout Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Capitol Hill, the University District, West Seattle, Renton, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Your local Always Best Care team will be helping families throughout Seattle and surrounding communities, providing non-medical in-home care, independent and assisted living referral services. We provide our clients and their families with peace of mind that they are receiving the best possible care, while ensuring our clients’ safety, comfort, and respect…Always.

Pay Rate: $23–$25/hr, based on experience & credentials

Compensation Schedule: Weekly – consistent and on time

Available Shifts: Daytime hours flexible (4–8 hrs); weekends a plus

How You’ll Make a Difference Daily:

• Provide warm companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering comfort and well-being.

• Assist with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment through light housekeeping.

• Accompany clients to medical appointments and run important errands as needed.

• Deliver reliable, compassionate support to enhance clients’ independence and quality of life.

What Qualities Make You Reliable:

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients

• CNA or HCA certification required

• Previous hands-on experience caring for older adults

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must be available for Day Shifts and Short Shifts

• Clear background check and drug test
