Personal Care Services Agency is seeking an experienced Office Assistant/PCA for its Charlotte, NC office. This is a Part-time position that offers an opportunity for growth with the agency while scheduled with a client. As the first point of contact for the agency, the ideal candidate will be professional, highly organized, and reliable with a pleasant demeanor.
Candidate must have at least one year of office experience in a home health agency setting, and have home care experience either as a PCA. The candidate is required to work with clients in a fill-in/permant capacity when clients regular caregiver is unavailable, and fill an available shift for new referrals until cases are staffed. Candidates currently working a client, are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
Responsibilities include working as a fill-in caregiver on an as needed basis, assisting the supervisor with staffing of clients, client intakes and referrals, caregiver management including orientations and in-services, and scheduling RNs for Sup Visits and assessments, in addition to filing and other office tasks as assigned.
Must be able to compose correspondence and other internal/external communications and have experience with Microsoft Office for Windows (Word and Excel).
