Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School Psychologists for a full-time position with partner school districts in the Fairfield, CA area. We are seeking qualified professionals who are committed to supporting student well-being and academic success through comprehensive psychological services.

Qualifications & Requirements:
All applicants must meet the following local and state requirements to be considered:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution

  • Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology

  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred

  • Strong understanding of special education laws, assessment tools, and intervention strategies

  • Ability to pass all required background checks and clearances as mandated by California public schools

Key Responsibilities:
Typical duties of the School Psychologist role include:

  • Conducting psychoeducational evaluations and functional behavior assessments

  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Providing individual and group counseling to students

  • Supporting crisis intervention and behavioral management programs

  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed

  • Participating in IEP meetings and multi-disciplinary teams

  • Promoting a safe and inclusive school climate
