Care Force Homes, Inc. in Milaca is looking for compassionate and motivated caregivers to join our team and provide life-changing support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a group home setting.

Position Details
Hours: Full-Time (Average 36 hours)
- Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Every other Saturday/Sunday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Compensation:
- $18.00/hour
- Paid sick time
- Paid vacation
- Health Insurance for employees working 36+ hours weekly
- Holiday pay at 1.5x for working 8 designated holidays
What Youll Do as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):
- Help implement daily activities and support individuals in their routines
- Foster independence at home and in the communitysome individuals enjoy home life while others are active in community activities
- Maintain records of progress and services provided
- Assist with home upkeep and complete light cleaning tasks
- Provide compassionate care and guidance, while empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals
What You Bring:
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal, written, and computer-based)
- Valid drivers license with a clean record
- Ability to pass a State background check (per MN statutes)
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, depending on the setting
- Flexibility to cover shifts when needed
