ADC Chemistry Linker-Payload Synthesis, Principal/Senior Scientist
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated chemists to join our dynamic team at Rockville, Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, synthesizing, and optimizing novel linkers and payloads for our ADC projects. Your expertise in organic synthesis, bioconjugation, and analytical techniques will be critical for advancing our drug discovery pipeline.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and synthesize novel linker-payload molecules for ADC development
2. Optimize synthetic routes for efficient and scalable production of linker-payloads
3. Characterize and analyze synthesized molecules using analytical techniques such as HPLC, LC-MS and NMR
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ADC projects from discovery to preclinical and clinical development stages
5. Stay current with the latest developments in ADC chemistry and contribute to the advancement of ADC technology
Qualifications:
1. PhD degree in Organic Chemistry with more than 3 years experience in in designing, synthesizing, and characterizing ADC linkers and payloads, preferably within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
