Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to oversee and streamline enterprise resource planning systems for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring effective integration, customization, and optimization of ERP solutions to meet business needs. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position based in Brooklyn, New York, offering an excellent opportunity for professionals with expertise in ERP technologies and system management.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the implementation and integration of ERP systems, ensuring seamless communication between various business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, translating them into actionable system specifications.
• Lead efforts to customize and optimize ERP solutions, including Oracle NetSuite and Epicor, to align with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) solutions to enhance system functionality.
• Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during ERP updates or implementations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring proper utilization of ERP systems and tools.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with data security protocols and organizational standards throughout system integration.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on ERP system performance and project progress for senior management.• Proven experience in ERP system integration and management, including expertise with Epicor and Oracle NetSuite technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and its application in ERP environments.
• Familiarity with creating and analyzing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to guide system development.
• Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives within ERP projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system integration challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
