This person will have to run service calls, chase the information themselves, and be confident enough to make decisions based on troubleshooting actions on the fly.

For competencies,

1. Ability interpret information and create documentation for service team.
2. Ability to communicate effectively in verbal, written and presentation formats.
3. Ability to manage communication for customer issues and work with engineering to resolve

1. Working knowledge of both Fanuc controls and ladders
2. Fanuc PLC experience in troubleshooting and making edits
3. Minimum 5 years' experience in field service
4. Proven electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
