Summary
We are seeking am experienced, reliable, mature program/project manager to join our team. This part-time to full-time role is pivotal in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations while adhering to budgetary constraints. The Program Manager will play a key role in enhancing our infrastructure initiatives. Caltrans/County experience is a PLUS.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
- Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics; adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders on project status, challenges, and successes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program management or related field with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as VersionOne or Smartsheet is preferred.
- Strong cost control skills with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing resources efficiently.
