Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client, a rapidly growing Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a mid-level to senior associate with 4 to 7 years (ONLY) of litigation and/or regulatory enforcement experience to join its Washington, D.C. office.Key Responsibilities:Draft high-quality motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents
Oversee day-to-day aspects of litigation and/or regulatory enforcement matters
Manage complex discovery projects and case timelines
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates
Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
Participate in trial and/or arbitration proceedings (preferred)
Qualifications:4 to 7 years (ONLY) of litigation experience, preferably at a law firm
Exceptional legal writing and research skills
Experience managing junior team members
Prior experience with, or litigation involving, federal government agenciesparticularly the FTC or DOJis a plus
Trial or arbitration experience preferred
Strong team player with a collaborative approach
