Responsibilities:
• Manage a full caseload of auto accident personal injury cases with minimal supervision.
• Conduct depositions, draft motions, and represent clients in courtroom proceedings.
• Develop and execute effective negotiation strategies to maximize case outcomes.
• Collaborate with a tech-enabled operations team to streamline case management processes.
• Advocate for clients by telling their stories and preparing cases for trial.
• Work closely with leadership to contribute to the firm’s expansion and growth.
• Maintain high standards of organization and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Shape the firm’s future by bringing innovative ideas and trial expertise to the table.
• Utilize strong case management skills to ensure all aspects of litigation are handled efficiently.• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing auto accident personal injury cases; candidates with 3-4 years of experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to independently handle a full litigation docket.
• Strong litigation skills, including depositions, motions, and courtroom advocacy.
• Excellent negotiation abilities to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure in high-stakes situations.
