YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO DRIVE TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS!

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in the following;

• Network Cabling (this includes knowing how to complete cable terminations)
• Mounting/hanging TV's on walls or from the ceiling
• Mounting Cameras

You must have a reliable vehicle for your probation period

Ability and willingness to travel by car up to 400 miles

Overnight stay at hotels at times

Airline travel for out of market stays

Plan and prepare to arrive on time and complete all mandatory, technical and administrative, tasks related to contracted jobs in a timely fashion.

Ensure client, fellow technician(s) and your safety. Work responsible; maintaining clean and safe work environments free from hazards by employing conscientious work habits

Familiarity with and able to; determine all tools, materials and equipment necessary to satisfy client installation and repair needs prior to starting the job

Duties will require the ability to proficiently:

Install, organize and repair data wiring and connectors

Install and understand POS systems, Digital Signage, Kiosk, Network Racks, KDS and other Kitchen equipment

Install and understand VOIP, HME, VEVO Cloud, Firewalls and IP Camera Systems

Use LAN testing equipment

Perform integrity tests on installed data network and media players

Troubleshooting data network issues

Communicate and document all (major/unforeseen) issues and troubleshooting measures through reporting system:

Escalate concerns to Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $43,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Pay terms: This is a Salary paying job with NO OVERTIME PAY.

Schedule (Varies on the job):

• 10 hour shift
• 6 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Overnight shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends - Overtime Approved if required
• On call - Standby

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Field service in the Fast Food Industry : 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Mandatory)
