What You’ll Do
As a Pre-Need Funeral Director, you won’t just present options—you’ll become a trusted guide for families at an important time in their lives. In this role, you will:

Build and nurture relationships within the Frederick County community, educating families on meaningful pre-planning and memorialization options.

Conduct professional presentations and tours of our cemetery and funeral facilities.

Guide families with care and empathy through the selection of cemetery property, merchandise, and related services.

Complete all contracts and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using our robust CRM tools.

Proactively prospect and generate leads daily through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, mailers, seminars, and participation in community events.

Deliver outstanding customer service rooted in empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.
What We Require

High School Diploma or equivalent

Current State Funeral Director License (required)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Reliable transportation with an active drivers license and clean driving record

Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to funeral and cemetery operations
Compensation
-
$60,000 – $125,000+
