Job Description As an Injection operator, you are responsible for operating injection molding machines to produce ceramic cores used in investment castings for turbine applications. Work closely with production team to meet manufacturing deadlinesResponsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection molding machines
- Monitor the quality of produced parts, inspecting for defects
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and minor repairs
- Maintain accurate records of production data, and machine settings
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Mechanically inclined
- Prior experience with machine operation or injection molding required
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
- Must be able to pass pre-employment tests

The base salary for this position is $20.10 per hour after training on 1st shift for 18/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
