Requirements:
Minimum Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
4+ years of related industry experience with hands-on work using lab tools and basic test equipment
Strong background in electrical testing (Signal Integrity, Circuit design, I-V and RF tests), optical methods (Thermal and Light Microscopy), and design tools (SolidWorks, 3D printing, CT scanning)
Expertise in lab equipment protocols, calibration, and configuration
Experience in procurement and inventory management for laboratory supplies
Knowledge of ISO accreditation processes and audit requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations
Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and across departments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with Python programming and foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Knowledge of materials analysis techniques such as DSC, TGA, XRF, and FTIR
Proven laboratory management and operations experience
