Job Title: Insurance Defense/Commercial Litigation Attorney
Location: 1 day in the office – San Jose, California; Orange County, California; or Manhattan, New York
Overview:

The ideal Litigation Attorney will possess the following:
- ·& & & & & & A minimum of 2 years of defense litigation experience
- ·& & & & & & Experience across multiple practice areas, including general liability, commercial litigation, and construction law
- ·& & & & & & Proficiency in all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions
- ·& & & & & & A process-driven approach with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- ·& & & & & & The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional service
- ·& & & & & & A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across departments and offices, fostering a cohesive team environment
- ·& & & & & & Excellent interpersonal, oral advocacy, and writing skills, along with strong motivation
- ·& & & & & & Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
- ·& & & & & & A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- ·& & & & & & Admission to practice law in the State of California
