Part Time Flexible Schedule: 2-5 days per week
Starting up to $20/hour based on experience (Plus $2/hour shift differential for 2nd shift!)

We are seeking highly motivated senior operators for our Ackley, IA location.

What will you be doing?
- Maintain all safety requirements, environmental and housekeeping standards while performing and monitoring day to day operations.
- Support and coach others to be their best.
- Generate and report on data about our production to help keep the team on track.
- Analyze processes and equipment with very high standards to identify areas of operational improvement.
- Ensure unit policies and procedures are being followed in their area of operations and coach others in compliance to policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing training to team members to maintain correct equipment and line operations and procedures.
- Continue to be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, hear, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms, and differentiate between different colors. Lift and carry 50+ lbs.

Industrial warehouse environment.
