Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team in producing components and parts for prestressed concrete structures. This role involves the general use of material handling equipment and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will be open to learning TIG and other forms of welding and fabricating.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate components and parts for prestressed concrete structures.
- Utilize material handling equipment efficiently.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and assist with various duties as required.
- Learn and apply TIG and other welding/fabricating techniques.
Essential Skills
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Hands-on fabricating experience.
- Proficiency in MIG welding.
- Basic fitting experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with TIG welding.

Work Environment
Work in a hot, primarily indoor shop environment. Expect a busy schedule during the summer months, with a slight slowdown in the winter. Be prepared for longer hours during peak seasons.

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
