Job Title: Maintenance Repair Technician (CNC) 2nd Shift
Location: Syracuse, NY
Compensation: $34.86 per hour ($72,508 annually)
Schedule: Full-Time | 2nd Shift

HireNow Staffing is seeking three skilled Maintenance Repair Technicians with CNC equipment experience to support 2nd shift operations at a leading advanced manufacturing facility in Syracuse, NY. Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and grinders

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime

• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to perform accurate repairs

• Maintain records of maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols across the facility

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing CNC machines

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with Fanuc or Siemens CNC controls preferred

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance documentation

• Comfortable working independently and responding to urgent repair requests during shift

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training is a plus
