The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates supporting the Pharmaceutical Industry that has an opening for Dispute Research Analyst in Indianapolis, IN!
Position Summary:
The Dispute Research Analyst plays a critical role in resolving complex customer invoice disputes. This position requires strong analytical skills to manage, organize, and interpret data, as well as the ability to partner with multiple stakeholders to implement effective solutions. Creativity, critical thinking, and ingenuity are essential to drive continuous improvement in dispute resolution processes.
Additional Details:
Contract Length: 12 months with the possibility of extension
Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift available
Pay range: $30 to $33/hour on W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze pricing and contract data.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including the Strategic Deal Team, Corporate Credit, Master Data, and Order Fulfillment, to resolve disputed invoices.
- Develop a thorough understanding of contract components, including sales and service data.
- Investigate invoicing issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Maintain accurate reporting and insights to support root cause analysis.
- Manage incoming emails and other dispute channels to ensure timely tracking and resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of analytical experience.
- Strong “Contract to Cash” process knowledge within SAP.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
