Your Role as a Real Estate Agent:

1. Efficiently manage and respond to high-quality inbound leads provided by the company.
2. Build strong relationships by understanding client needs.
3. Guide buyers and sellers through every stage of their real estate journey.

What We’re Looking For:

1. An active real estate license, or enrollment in real estate courses.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Experience in sales, customer service, real estate, or a related field.
5. Ability to manage a high volume of leads and multitask effectively.
