What You’ll Do:
- Personal Care & Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transport, ambulation, and personal hygiene to ensure client comfort.
- Medication Support: Provide timely medication reminders and help clients manage their routines.
- Nutrition & Meal Prep: Plan and prepare meals tailored to dietary needs, promoting health and hydration.
- Companionship: Offer heartfelt companionship, engage in meaningful conversations, and accompany clients to appointments or social outings.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and report health changes, documenting care to support our dedicated care team.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required—we value passion and train for success!).
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- A compassionate, empathetic heart and strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and collaborate within a supportive team.
