A leading AmLaw 100 international law firm is seeking a talented Sr. Associate Attorney or Counsel to join its premier Labor & Employment Practice in California. This role offers the opportunity to represent sophisticated employers in complex employment disputes, with a particular focus on wage and hour class and collective actions, while collaborating with a nationally recognized team.
Candidate Profile
JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing
6+ years of substantive employment litigation experience
Extensive experience handling wage/hour class actions and complex employment disputes
Proven ability to handle multiple cases and assignments concurrently while producing top-quality work
Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with a high proficiency in drafting legal documents
Demonstrated experience taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and handling hearings and trials
Ability to work collaboratively across offices
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in complex employment litigation, including wage/hour class and collective actions
Lead all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Develop case strategy in collaboration with partners and clients to achieve favorable outcomes
Provide high-level client service through effective communication and tailored legal solutions
Work seamlessly with colleagues across offices in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: Annual salary range of $315,000 - $450,000, as determined by experience and market factors
