We help transform homes and businesses into festive winter wonderlands! We're looking for reliable, energetic part-time and full time team members to help us make the magic happen.
What were looking for:
- Part-time and full time availability from November through early January. As well as a full time window cleaning technician for 2026
- A good work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors and handle basic installation tasks (well train you!)
- Attention to detail and pride in a job well done

Holiday Light Technician
- Each day, youll meet at our home office in the morning to go over the days gameplan
- Youll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers homes or businesses (with another team member) throughout the day and assist in holiday light installation tasks
- You may meet customers to ensure were meeting their expectations on the job that day.
- Youll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
Holiday Light Technician Benefits and Perks: Part Time
- Money -- and opportunity to make more. Starting at $17.00 per hour with potential for commissions and bonuses. You decide how much you can make!

Holiday Light Technician Qualifications:
- Must like to work with people
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds.
- Must not be afraid of heights and be willing to climb ladders
- Must be able to work outside
- Willing to work in the cold
