Earn: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus eligibility for our Service Tech Bonus Program.

Your mission

• Diagnose, service, and repair a broad mix of equipment with precision and speed.
• Work across: 2-, 3-, and 4-cylinder gas engines; basic automotive systems; truck-mounted carpet cleaning units; portable carpet extractors; hard-surface floor machines; duct cleaning tools; deodorizing equipment; dehumidifiers; air scrubbers; air movers; HEPA vacuums.
• Leverage electrical and HVAC/R knowledge to troubleshoot 120/208/240/480 VAC systems and climate-control components.
• Apply test equipment, troubleshooting guides, and OEM repair manuals to get to root causes.
• Assess additional service needs and clearly communicate recommendations.

How you operate

• Create service orders upon equipment intake; build bids and formal estimates; present and obtain approvals.
• Schedule and manage repair appointments in our scheduling software, keeping customers informed by phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate workload with fellow technicians to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
• Order parts; track deliveries; work with vendors to keep repairs on schedule.
• Use and maintain shop tools properly; keep your bay clean, organized, and safe.
• Take direction from supervisors, support teammates across the service department and store, and consistently hit quality and productivity targets.
